Telkom ESG web page is a digital presentation platform designed to communicate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives and sustainability commitments of PT Telkom Indonesia.
The project showcases Telkom’s efforts, performance indicators, and long-term value propositions in sustainable development, providing clarity and transparency for stakeholders, customers, and the public. The design blends visual storytelling with engaging data experiences to foster understanding and trust in Telkom’s sustainability journey.
Key Challenge
The primary challenge was to translate complex ESG data rich with metrics, goals, and achievements into a web experience that remains clear, engaging, and accessible for a diverse audience. This included:
- Communicating sustainability metrics in a way that is easily digestible.
- Balancing factual corporate content with compelling storytelling.
- Designing a layout that is both visually strong and brand-aligned.
- Ensuring the experience reinforces Telkom’s credibility and commitment to ESG principles without overwhelming users.
What We Did
To address these challenges, we delivered a structured and human-centered web interface that:
- Established a clear information hierarchy — guiding users from high-level ESG goals to detailed performance statistics.
- Introduced dynamic visual elements — such as clean graphics, progress indicators, and interactive data panels that simplify complex metrics.
- Crafted purposeful storytelling sections — combining imagery and text to highlight real-world impact and company milestones.
- Aligned design with the Telkom brand system — using color, typography, and layout consistency to strengthen recognition and trust.
- Enhanced readability and navigation across devices — ensuring the sustainability narrative is accessible on desktop and mobile platforms alike.
- Presented transparent ESG performance data — focused on clarity, relevance, and meaningful context for stakeholders.
